Our principal ongoing relationship is Management at £995 per month. We keep up to two agreed AI priorities under review, challenge supplier claims and keep a written decision register. Each month includes a scheduled management review; each quarter, a recommendation to continue, change or stop.
Entry.
A focused starting point for one AI management question. Up to three adviser hours monthly, one agreed priority, one scheduled review and a decision record. Written recommendation after the initial three months. No full workflow audit.

Three-month minimum: £1,485.
Management. Our flagship.
Up to seven adviser hours monthly for up to two agreed priorities. One scheduled management review, challenge of supplier claims and investments, an ongoing decision register and a quarterly written recommendation. Three-month minimum.

Performance.
Up to fourteen adviser hours monthly. Deeper assessment of up to two agreed AI-assisted workflows, including checking, correction, quality and evidence. Monthly review, agreed working sessions, decision register and quarterly recommendation.
£1,995/month
All retainers have a three-month minimum. Adviser time includes meetings, preparation, research, analysis, correspondence, travel, follow-up and written recommendations. These are maximum allowances, not guaranteed on-site hours. The client retains operational authority.

Who you'd be working with.
I'm Alexander Jackson, based in Norwich.
At ADA, I developed Quickpages and progressed into senior operational leadership. At Concept, I led claims onboarding digitisation. At Certas, I supported customers through the SNAP 2.0 migration and listened to concerns about the effect on their work.
